I’ve been part of StudioTech for a year and a half now, and working in the Turkish team quickly made me feel like I belonged. From the very beginning I received support, which helped me grow and become more confident in what I do. What motivates me most is knowing that my work matters and that I really contribute. I love the calm atmosphere and the sense of security the company provides. Today, I feel like I’m in a place where I can grow and continue developing myself.

My journey at StudioTech began in January 2023, right after my maternity leave. Тhe company offered me my dream position – Training Specialist.I have always enjoyed training new people, and the Academy of StudioTech gave me that chance. My motivation here comes from the new, young employees who walk in with a little fear at the beginning, and seeing them progress day by day makes me proud of my job.

I’ve been with StudioTech since the very beginning, and I’ve literally grown together with the company. After returning from maternity leave, I was pleasantly surprised to see how many positive changes had happened while I was away. The team is even more united, the processes are clearer and calmer, and the atmosphere is more supportive than ever. This gave me a sense of security and belonging, as if I was returning not just to my job, but to my home.

I started at StudioTech at the end of August 2022 as a dealer, and although my first shift was stressful, I got through it. Two and a half years later, I’m now a host running the games on my own, and I genuinely enjoy it — especially when clients chat with me and I learn something new about their lives. It makes the shifts pass even faster. From day one, no one leaves you to figure things out on your own — the trainers and the team fully support you, even during the toughest shifts.

When I started at StudioTech almost two years ago, I was insecure and nervous in front of the camera, but after just a month or two I managed to relax and unlock my potential. I was motivated both by my own desire to grow and by my colleagues, who quickly became friends and gave me confidence. Today, what I love most are the everyday conversations and fun moments with the team — they remind me that I work with people I genuinely feel comfortable around.

My name is Andjelo, and my career at StudioTech started three years ago. I began as a Game Presenter, just like most new employees. Thanks to my persistence and motivation to grow, I soon moved to the Host position, where I spent most of my time in the company. With patience and consistency, I eventually reached my current role — Shift Manager.One of the reasons I come to work with positive energy is the amazing team we have.

My journey at StudioTech began on October 5th, 2024, and it immediately felt like an exciting new adventure. The dynamic environment and the chance to try new roles helped me grow quickly and see my own potential. I love that our team is full of different personalities, new friendships, and positive energy — it makes every day enjoyable. Here I feel supported, secure, and accepted for who I am.
